Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → HER → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → HER → Cancel.
- Website: HER account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your HER account
- Open HER and go to your profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
