Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check Tinder’s help centre.
Delete vs pause
Deleting removes your profile, matches and messages permanently. If you might return, look for a pause or hide profile option instead.

Frequently asked questions
Does deleting Tinder cancel my subscription?
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it there first.
Does uninstalling Tinder delete my account?
No. Removing the app from your phone leaves your profile active. You must delete the account in settings.
Can I pause Tinder instead of deleting?
Many dating sites let you hide or pause your profile. Check Tinder’s settings for a pause or hide option if you might come back.
