Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SilverSingles → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SilverSingles → Cancel.
- Website: SilverSingles account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your SilverSingles account
- Log in on the website.
- Go to Settings → Data & Privacy.
- Choose Delete profile.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check SilverSingles’s help centre.
Delete vs pause
Deleting removes your profile, matches and messages permanently. If you might return, look for a pause or hide profile option instead.
