Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → JDate → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → JDate → Cancel.
- Website: JDate account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your JDate account
- Log in on the website.
- Open Settings.
- Cancel Premium if active.
- Choose Delete profile and confirm.

Deleting removes your profile, matches and messages permanently. If you might return, look for a pause or hide profile option instead.
