Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → EliteSingles → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → EliteSingles → Cancel.
- Website: EliteSingles account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your EliteSingles account
- Log in on the website.
- Open Settings → Data & Privacy.
- Click Delete profile.
- Confirm with your password.
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check EliteSingles’s help centre.
Delete vs pause
Deleting removes your profile, matches and messages permanently. If you might return, look for a pause or hide profile option instead.
