Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → eHarmony → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → eHarmony → Cancel.
- Website: eHarmony account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your eHarmony account
- Log in on the eHarmony website (easiest) or app.
- Open Settings → Data & Privacy (or Account Settings).
- Choose Delete profile.
- Confirm with your password.
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check eHarmony’s help centre.
Delete vs pause
Deleting removes your profile, matches and messages permanently. If you might return, look for a pause or hide profile option instead.
