Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dateability → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dateability → Cancel.
- Website: Dateability account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your Dateability account
- Open Dateability and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check Dateability’s help centre.
Delete vs pause
Deleting removes your profile, matches and messages permanently. If you might return, look for a pause or hide profile option instead.
