Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BLK → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BLK → Cancel.
- Website: BLK account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your BLK account
- Open BLK and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Confirm.
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check BLK’s help centre.
Delete vs pause
Deleting removes your profile, matches and messages permanently. If you might return, look for a pause or hide profile option instead.
